I made these using this recipe.
I followed it exactly and it was a lot easier than I had thought it would be. plus quite tasty!

Banana nut bread with marzipan leaves
I used this recipe from handful of sand it’s pretty good, I added 1 tsp baking powder, and I changed the crumb coating mixture and made some fresh icing. I should have baked it for an additional 20 minutes, it was still pretty gooey in the middle.

Ice Cream Cake
Ingredients-
One carton of your favorite ice cream (i used edy’s chocolate)
2/3 cup contrasting ice cream (for decorating top)
1 package cookies of your choice
1 bar of chocolate
Supplies-
cold pie plate
rolling pin
large ziploc bag

butter knife
